Marin County's Office of Education's Regional Occupational Program (ROP) This state-funded program provides both entry level and advanced technical/vocational training and enables you to upgrade existing skills or enter a new trade. Classes are held in various locations around Marin - usually in high school buildings. Most classes take place during weekdays, with some evening classes. The wide spectrum of offerings is based on current and future labor market needs. Fees are moderate (usually $55 and under) and are waived in cases meeting hardship guidelines.
