sessions of about 2 hour each, with breaks.

INTRODUCTION TO JOB SEARCH
Job searching in the post Covid-19 marketplace, managing employment transitions, assessing & presenting yourself.
DAY 2
ACCOMPLISHMENT STATEMENTS
Focus on power statements called “PARs”
(Problem/Action/Result) for use in resumes, cover
letters & during interviews
DAY 3
RESUMES & COVER LETTERS
Write or re-work existing resumes with recommended guidelines, formats. Cover letters focused on job requirements.
DAY 4
MARKETING & NETWORKING
Creation of a marketing plan for each participant, career networking, LinkedIn & informational interviews techniques.
DAY 5
INTERVIEWS & NEGOTIATIONS
Preparation of answers for potential interview questions, mock Zoom interviews, review negotiation strategies
